This has to be one of my favourite books to date, I literally binge read it until the very end! Andorra Sector tells the story of human Katriana Cardano, a human who has been struggling to survive since she was born. Caught in a trap after trying to get food she is taken captive by the Andorra Sector alpha, Ander Cain. Alpha Cain is pure testosterone, arrogance and power, all that Kat needs to do is submit.
This book is HOT! Not only do you have the amazingly strong character of Kat, you also have to deal with the dominant Ander who at times you want to slap up in the head as he just doesn’t get that Kat is a human and doesn’t come from a wolf pack, doesn’t understand the hierarchy and has literally had the wool pulled over her eyes and is expected to submit, be this amazing Omega and not ask questions. What was Ander thinking?
There is certainly a lot of cat and mouse in this book as well as moments which are particularly heart-breaking, especially when you read the changes that have happened to Kat and basically it is all Ander's fault (he does redeem himself though, so don’t be put off). You are also learning the hierarchy as you go along and although you may not agree with it, you certainly are entertained by it.
This book is steamy, dark, unapologetic and addictive. There are some moments between characters that are questionable but it certainly ties into the apocalyptic, urban fantasy – there are no rules- type of writing which is highly entertaining. Sexy moments between Kat and Ander are hot and it is going to be interesting reading more about these characters and other characters in the book when the series continues. A definite must read!
