Nanny for the Santa’s by Cassie Cole is a sizzling holiday read. It tells the story of Piper  and her three sexy Santa’s: Grayson, Ethan and Cole. Grayson is looking after his daughter and after a case of mistaken identity ends up hiring Piper to look after his quirky daughter, only somewhere along the way both him and Piper catch feelings for one another but things get complicated with the addition of Grayson’s daughter Max and Ethan and Cole also wanting a relationship with Piper. Ethan is the fun one in the group who has a good heart and Cole is the strong silent type.

The book focuses on them all building a relationship with the complications and complexities that that brings, whilst Piper searches for her dream job and questions whether having more than one man is feasible whilst looking after the sweetest girl in the word. Throw into the mix Piper’s hilarious mum and you have a great story filled with laughter and some serious sexy times!  

This was a great book to while away a few holiday hours whilst letting the turkey settle!

Man Hunt by Vanessa Vale is a swoony older man, sweet nerdy heroine story. It focuses on Bridget and Maverick. Bridget is shy and nerdy and finds it difficult to talk to people, that is until she bumps into stranger Maverick in a coffee shop and sparks fly, only she doesn’t realise how important he is in her workplace or what he is going to become for her. Bridget is also so unsure of herself that it takes a while for her to realise that this hot, older daddy is really into her, especially when she sends a risqué email to him instead of her best friend (hilarious).

Maverick was a great character, he is strong and instantly obsessed with Bridget and just wants to protect her, sometimes this means that he isn’t always truthful (white lies) which causes a few upsets within the story), but you kind of know everything is going to work out in the end, especially with the amount of steam the two characters produce!

This was definitely a quick read book with lots of steam and a little bit of drama/angst. I loved the brothers, sister and best friend in this book, and it gave the whole story a family vibe which was nice and some snarky comments which are always fun to read!

Overall, a sizzling hot story and a great start to a new series.

Tangled in Tinsel is a wickedly hot and seriously funny novella by Trilina Pucci. This story is about Samantha, a young woman who works for four deliciously hot men: Reed, Cole, Alec and Jace. All four of them are different, sweet, domineering and know what they want, and they want the no filter, Samantha. When they are snowed in, nights of shenanigans happen, and Christmas becomes a little bit sexier!

I definitely liked the rom-com aspect of this story which at times was hilarious. Add into the fact that there are some seriously sexy times, then you’re going to love this festive novella. Good times are to be had. Also, Samantha’s sister is also hilarious…I would definitely like to see her in a story!

Tangled in Tinsel is my first foray into Trilina Pucci’s world and it definitely won’t be my last. Seriously fun and sexy!

Knight by LeAnn Ashers is book 2 in the Grim Sinners MC Rebels series and boy is this a sweet one! Daniela and her daughter are on the run from her abusive husband and former cult and is taken in  by a family member and one of the Grim Sinners. There she meets Knight…a literal hero and one who has an instant attraction to Daniela and a sweet spot for her hilarious daughter. The past quickly comes knocking at Daniela’s door and Knight and her MC brothers will do anything to keep both Daniela and her daughter safe!

A really wonderful relationship between Knight, Daniela and her daughter. There is certainly a lot of chemistry between Knight and Daniela from the get-go. There is also some good twist and turns within the story and the cult aspect gives this story a definite twist. This is a great addition to this series, and I can’t wait to see whose up next.

“I saw him in the town I was living in. He was passing around mine and Annie’s photos. I had to leave. I can’t bear the thought of him finding her.” I sigh, looking at the movie screen.

His eyes are dark with anger. “I promise you this with every bit of my being, you will not hurt again.”

Tears form in my eyes, “Knight.” I say as my emotions make it too hard to speak. He leans forward until our foreheads are touching. I take in the moment. It's simple, but it's literally life-changing. I will never be the same after this.
