Hear me Out is another great novel by Lila Rose. If you have been following Hawks MC, you would have come across Maddox ‘Beast’ Lawson and Jay ‘Knife’ Conger before and now they have their own story.

Beast has a past of being ridiculed for how he speaks and now fate has taken an even bigger bite out of him and he has lost his hearing. To make matters worse, he’s has to continue seeing the man who did a runner on him after a one night stand…..Knife. It doesn’t matter that they are in the same MC; Beast is going to try and avoid Knife at all costs.

Knife is the epitome of man-whore. He likes women and lots of them….or does he? After the amaze-balls one night stand he had with Beast throws him for a loop, Knife is left questioning who he is. Just as he thinks he knows what’s going on, he is thrown his own curve-ball and a lot of drama ensues.

I really loved this book as I have the others by Lila Rose; she just seems to get how people feel and that comes through in her writing. Beast and Knife's past and present are both heartbreaking and powerful as they both have been through so much independently, as friends and then finally as lovers. There is definitely a lot of growth between the two characters, especially when it comes to miscommunication as well as misunderstandings on both parts. Knife is definitely the more outgoing of the two main characters, but there is something about Beast and his journey to where he is now that is actually quite inspiring.

Scenes between the two men were beautiful and well written and it was great reading about other characters from the MC. This is definitely an author to read if you like angst, love, relationships and honesty. A fantastic read!
