Review: Twisted City - Rebekah Vasick

Twisted City: Twisted City: by Rebekah Vasick
My rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars

Twisted City by Rebekah Vasik was a book that introduced me to a new author. Set in the Mafia underground (always a plus for me), the story focuses on Eva, a girl struggling to find her place in the world and escaping from a past that just keeps following her. She ends up singing in a new city under the watchful eye of Angelo, where there is an immediate attraction.

This was a good, well written book with lots of description, so that we knew who the characters were, what they were about. We were privy to the slow burning romance of Eva (an innocent) and Angelo (who has a sensuality all of his own). The plot was intriguing and kept you moving along with the story (no spoilers).

This is a must read for Mafia romance book followers and those looking for a new author.

ARC received for a fair and honest review.
