Review: Glass Heart Savage - Lindsey Iler

Glass Heart Savage Glass Heart Savage by Lindsey Iler
My rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars

Glass Heart Savage is one of those reads that stays with you long after you finish. It is full of angst, intrigue, rip your heart out heart-break and so much tension. The story focuses on the characters Palmer and Marek. Palmer lost her sister a year ago to suspicious circumstances and right in the middle of that are Marek, Dixon, Breaker and Byron who seemed to have this intense yet strange relationship with Palmer’s sister. Palmer hasn’t been on their radar, after all, she was only the ‘other’ sister. But soon she finds herself thrown into their spotlight and nothing is going to stop them to expose Palmer’s sister’s killer, even if it means using Palmer to do so.

This book was everything you want in a book. It was hot, steamy, scary, intense and every other emotion in between. Palmer is one of those amazingly strong characters who just keeps getting up even when she is pushed down. She doesn’t suffer what the boys are doing and seems to have a lot of power behind her vulnerability. She speaks her mind when it comes to the boys and knows something wasn’t right about her sister’s disappearance.

There are so many twists and turns in Marek and Palmer's relationship and he is certainly a guy that you love to hate. The things he and his boys due to Palmer are crazy and as a reader you king of get it, but OMG they are messed up! There are some really intense, sexy scenes between Palmer and Marek and even though he tells her not to fall for him or believe what he is saying, Palmer certainly falls down the rabbit hole. Palmer’s relationship with the rest of the boys is also intriguing and disturbing to say the least and you’re always wondering what they are going to do next. There are moments of pure agony in the book when it comes to Paler and what she has gone through, not only with her sisters, but also her parents and social standing that she has in school which in part is due to a lot of influence from the boys!

This is a must-read intense bully romance with so many twist and devious turns. There is a cliff-hanger that will have you shouting at your e-reader in a fit of rage, but boy is it good. This was a really great read and I can’t recommend it enough! You’re just going to have to take the plunge!

ARC received for a fair, honest and sometimes long review
