Review: Reaper - K.L. Savage

Reaper Reaper by K.L. Savage
My rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars

Reaper is book one in the Ruthless Kings MC by K.L. Savage and holy moly is it hot, intense and different, the book focuses on the main characters Reaper and Sarah. Reaper is President of the Ruthless Kings MC and he is a little crazy….well a lot crazy, especially when it comes to his infatuation with Sarah, his deceased best friends younger daughter. His infatuation isn’t as one sided as he would like it to be and Sarah is just as infatuated, almost obsessed with Reaper, the only problem is that she is only seventeen and no matter what she does to tempt him, Reaper isn’t going to do anything until she is legal.

This story is one of push and pull. Basically, how far will each character go before they crack? Sarah was equally as crazy and obsessed as Reaper and it came through in certain things that she did. The author had a good balance of Sarah being both a young teen and a young adult who had seen a lot in her short life. The relationship between herself and her brother Boomer and the other MC guys was also interesting and I as a reader am going to enjoy reading the other characters books.

The story was intriguing and fast paced with some gory moments where the MC must do things to get answers as well as highlighting the brotherhood that these men have. The only small downside to me was the age difference with Sarah as she was only seventeen going on eighteen, but her aspirations were to be a part of this family and there was nothing wrong with that.

If you like intense, sexy and page turning MC reads, then K.L. Savage is certainly the author for you!
