OMG this is one of the best books I have read this year! By far an amazing reverse-harem book, I couldn’t put this book down and pretty much devoured it in a day! This book centres on Alexis ‘Lexi’ as the main character and what a main character she is. Lexi is strong, sassy and pretty much a bad ass who doesn’t back down! Working in the jewel mines with her mother, her fate is inextricably changed overnight and she finds herself under the rule of the Storm King and his four sons: Ben, Dan, Rob and Cam….The Storm Princes. Can I just say how amazingly hot these guys are, arrogant and sweet and did I mention hot!
Lexi finds herself in a world of privilege, riches, education and superiority, but not everything is what it seems and it seems that there is more going on in the kingdom of Blackwood then anyone knows about…..even Lexi. Secrets will be revealed and decisions will be made which will rock Lexi and the Princes to the core.
This book is an amazingly written piece of work. Not only do we have really in depth characters with real emotions and problems, but also the description of all of the kingdoms and people that live in them make you feel as though you are standing there yourself. The book flows from chapter to chapter with a mix of romance, suspense, darkness, drama, sexiness and a lot of wittiness and from the first chapter until the last you just want more of this series. It is literally a book you want to devour and for it to never end!
Scenes between Lexi and the boys are HOT! You totally have to love a reverse harem and it’s definitely difficult to choose only one brother! I can’t recommend this book highly enough and I can’t wait to read the next one.
