Review: Misfit - R. Holmes

Misfit Misfit by R. Holmes
My rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars

Misfit is a seriously hot read by R. Holmes. The story focuses on Misfit, a tall, dark, brooding man who is prone to getting rid of complications and who is sinfully dark and Ivy, the girl that he ends up saving but who has her own strength and meats Misfit head on. Misfit meets Ivy one night and helps her to get better and then becomes obsessed with her, allowing her some freedoms but keeping her as close as possible.

Ivy definitely brings out the vulnerability in Misfit and the two become a complete and bloody unit. Although both of them do make some mistakes along the way (which is only natural in the violent and bloody world that they live in). Both characters have been through a lot and seem to mend each other’s broken pieces.

There are a lot of secondary character’s (whose stories would be interesting) and the steamy scenes between Misfit and Ivy lave a little bit of sweat on your brow! Just saying! Overall, if you love your male characters dominant, moody and intense and your female characters sassy with a strong backbone, then this is a one for you!
