Review: Forbidden Mafia Prince - Brooke Blaine & Ella Frank

Forbidden Mafia Prince Forbidden Mafia Prince by Brooke Blaine
My rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars

Forbidden Mafia Prince is book one in the Malvagio Duet by Brooke Blaine & Ella Frank and falls into the mafia/suspenseful genre. The book focuses on Dom and Luca. Luca is a young medical student who has his future mapped out and has a great family, or so he thinks. When he is kidnapped by the domineering Dom, his world is turned on its axis and he is thrown into a new world of mafia, violence and sexual tension created by his kidnapper.

Dom and Luca’s relationship starts off very unconventional, full of threats and suspense as we’re dropped into Dom’s world of the mafia and what that means when he and another family are at war. He has an instant dislike for Luca but as tensions escalate, their relationship becomes more heated as the chemistry explodes between them. There are some twists and turns throughout the story as we figure out why Luca is so important as well as finding out how Dom is trying to cement his place as mafia leader and we definitely learn more about the two as the story progresses.

There is a cliff-hanger at the end so be warned. Overall, a good M/M mafia read!

ARC received for a fair, honest and sometimes long review. All opinions are my own. 😊
