A Forest
Between Us by Allie Winters is a sweet read focusing on Owen and Harper. Owen
and Harper have a history. Harper doesn’t believe that she is married to Owen,
after all it happened in Vegas, but when she comes to the realisation that it
is in fact true, she needs to go out into the boonies to find Owen and get him
to sign an annulment, only Owen wants to reconnect, but Harper doesn’t want to.
What happens when two people from opposite ends of the scale come together…well
we’re about to find out.
Owen is definitely
the quintessential rugged mountain man with a soft heart, and he genuinely cares
for Harper who is a city girl through and through, albeit a little naïve when
it comes to certain things, and it definitely takes her a while to get used to
the country. Both characters are destined to be together in this sweet and
funny romcom and it is a start to a new series. Overall, a really good read to
while away some hours.
