Review: The Fight In Us - Becca Steele

The Fight In Us The Fight In Us by Becca Steele
My rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars

The Fight in Us is book four of The Four series by Becca Steele and has been the anticipated story between Weston and Lena. If you’ve been reading this series, you know that a lot has been going on and answers have come to light. There were lots of twist and turns in this book as we watch Weston and Lena’s relationship develop from friends to lovers. We also see in more detail Lena and her life which at times was tragic, but also showed us how strong she was. Her love for Weston is never ending, even when he does things that hurt her.

Weston is just one of those great male characters, he’s sexy, vulnerable and at times funny. He has feelings for Lena but has never acted on them due to her being his best friends’ little sister. But, when things are meant to be, he goes against everything to be with her whilst trying to solve the mystery of what is going on at Alstone Holdings, balancing the relationship he has with his dad and brother and doing some geeky stuff in the background. The emotions just roll off the page with both him and Lena.

Yes, some of the questions have been answered, but there is still a long way to go before we fully know everyone’s role and what is going to happen. Like in previous books other characters such as Winter pop up and help push the characters along whilst trying to stay out of trouble (not an easy feat). Overall, another great book in this series and I can’t wait for more.

ARC received for a fair, honest and sometimes long review. All opinions are my own. 😊
