Irresistibly Dangerous is book 5 in
the Irresistibly Yours series by J. Saman. The book focuses on Lenox and Georgia.
Lenox and Georgia were together previously but Lenox was spiralling and ended
up breaking Georgia’s heart in the process but years later she needs his help,
throwing them both together in a way that both of them may not be ready for as
they both try and protect their hearts against each other.
This was a great, emotional read.
Not only do we have Georgia trying to escape her ex fiancée and his father,
mourn her own fathers death and having to deal with her own grumpy bear at the
same time we have the brooding Lenox who will do anything for Georgia, but
risks his heart in the process as he tries to let go of the past and the guilt
that he carries.
The chemistry between the two
characters was great, steamy, funny and everything in between. You definitely feel
for the both of them as they try and figure out their path, both together and independently.
Lenox is trying to become the man who he feels Georgia needs and Georgia is
trying to grow her independence and her own dreams.
I also loved the friendships that we see in this book, both with the men and the women, they have their own tribe who has all been through something and become stronger. I also liked that we saw Georgia in action and that she didn’t rely on her family name at all during the story but had become her own woman. Overall, a really good, enjoyable and steamy read!
