Luca by
LM Fox is part of the Bianchi brother series and boy is it a good one. The
story focuses on Jillian and Luca. Jillian is a single parent of 3 kids, she is
strong, hard working and loves her kids and is just trying to make it through
each day. Jillian meets Luca in the emergency room and there is an instant
attraction between the two, but both Luca and Jillian have gone through their share
of tragedy and heartbreak and although they have an attraction, they are
nervous to start anything. But feelings are hard to ignore, and Luca knows that
he will go to the end of the earth to protect Jillian and her children against
his own family if he needs too.
Luca was
a great character and really stepped up when he needed to, and Jillian is a
wonderful mother. Scenes between the two characters are sweet and spicy, add
into that the characters baggage of sadness, heartbreak and determination to be
strong, this is a wonderful book with some wonderful characters. If this is
your first foray into LM Fox’s books, it isn’t going to be the last one you
pick up! Overall, a really great read!
