Review: Cactus's Prick - J. Wine

Cactus's Prick Cactus's Prick by J. Wine
My rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars

Cactus’s Prick is book one of the Saint’s Outlaw MC: Tombstone AZ #1 by J. Wine and it focuses on the character Cactus and Roxy. Roxy is a no-nonsense woman who is tired of putting up with bad boys treating her like rubbish, she is no nonsense and full of attitude. But starting over has never been so difficult when she ends up in Tombstone and under the watchful eye of the Saints Outlaw and Cactus, a very prickly, arrogant man who sets his sights on Roxy, albeit reluctantly.

From there we have a push and pull kind of relationship with a lot of misunderstandings and attitude on both characters parts. Throw into it a little bit of steam and close proximity and you’ve got a good MC read.

Both characters have their own emotional issues which we see throughout the whole book, and it only seems to be when Roxy is put in danger that Cactus starts thinking properly about who she is and protecting her (especially from her douche ex).

Overall, a good start to a new series, if you like your MMC rough around the edges and your FMC sassy and strong, then this is going to be the book for you!

ARC received for a fair, honest and sometimes long review. All opinions are my own. 😊
