Wild by Kenzie Macallan is book one
in the Deep 8 series. The book focuses on Sean Knight, a former SEAL who is
asked to go back to Afghanistan to extract a world-renowned Hacker. On his
journey, he finds his former childhood best friend and investigative reporter,
Jess Wilander who seems to be in a world of complication with the kidnapping of
her sister.
This romantic suspense had a lot of
twist and turns. We follow Sean and Jess’s story as they figure out that they
are looking for the same person, up against people who seem to hold all of the
cards and a lot of secrets. There is a strong attraction between the two
characters and a lot of a action which keeps you wanting to turn the pages in
this suspenseful read! Definitely a new series that you’re going to want to
read!
