He’s a
Mean One by Lani Lynn Vale is book 8 in the Content Advisory series and boy is
it another good read from this author. The book focuses on Jasper and Calliope,
two characters that love to get under each other’s skin, but there is much more
to their relationship than that! Because of Cali’s age, Jasper has always
stepped back from her, thinking her too immature and young for him, but little does he know that she has a good
head on her shoulders, and she can see past what Jasper thinks are his ‘imperfections’.
I also loved the shenanigans that the characters get up too, especially with
Cali stealing Jasper’s takeout which is hilarious.
As with
all books in this series, there’s enough drama to keep you going, some sexy
scenes and some fantastic characters that keep you wanting to turn the pages.
Another great read!
